just finished reading an e-book:Powerful sleep by Kacper M. Postawski
4 components that govern our sleep:
1. Body temperature: body clock--jet lag=they're associated
2. Melatonin hormone level
3.Activity level
4. Natural sunlight--which affect melatonin level
Sleep stage:
1.Stage1--started to feel drowsy-still arousable
2.Stage2--heart rate started to slow,mind started to shut off
3.Stage3--Deep sleep
4.Stage4--Deep sleep
5.REM sleep--when u dream--brain wave=lengthened + active
today, i noticed that Iqbal have been infected by Tinea versicolor,so da sapu antifungal cream..sian iqbal
